Photonics West 2019 Report -Introduction of our bare chip-
This year in Photonics West 2019, we are introducing high power deep UV LED chips ranging from 265-340nm.
The power output of our latest high power UV LED chips FL-02 series are shown here.
At 350mA, UVC chips has 40-55mW, UVB chips 55-75mW, and UVA chips 65-100mW.
You can drive at higher current like 600mA for higher ouput power requirement, depending on you reliability requirement.
We are happy to supply bare dice for your original array design.
