DOWA has released new deep UV LEDs with 325nm and 340nm peak wavelengths
We released new large bare dies and high power SMDs at 325nm and 340nm peak wavelengths.
These new LEDs offer higher radiant power and efficiency than their older counterparts.
We will begin offering mass-produced new 325nm and 340nm LEDs this month (February 2024).
