Photonics West 2019 Report -Setting up our booth now-
Dowa Electronics Materials Co., Ltd. exhinits at Photonics West 2019 from Feb 5th to 7th.
We'll exhibit our booth at #5062 in Japan pavillion in EF North Hall same as last year.
This year, we would like to update our UV-LED as followings.
1. High Power UV-C chip

-Forward Current : 350mA
2. The world's highest class Power UV-B chip
-Peak Wavelength : 310nm
-Output Power : 125mW
-Forward Current : 350mA
-Peak Wavelength : 340nm
-Output Power : 100mW
-Forward Current : 350mA
Also we are going to exhibit our other products, such as RED/IR LED products and GaAs substrate.
